AFTER THE DOOR CLOSES

The door will close in just a moment,
and the Spirit will read the page.
And bright souls will soar above,
where they will find their true bliss.

But in the forsaken land, ravaged,
the flood will crush every honor.
And the ancient serpent, disturbed by God,
will strip the world of Light.

Consumed by filth and corruption,
the reptiles will seek a temple in the dirt.
And under the beast’s wedding veil,
they will say "yes" to the dark Adam.

The stars will dim, like in a pit.
The moon will shroud in sticky darkness.
And the Christ, our Savior, will be absent,
standing at the threshold of salvation.

But somewhere, from a bright window,
a blissful prophet will softly murmur:
“Lift up the humble, God, to the heights,
and trap the proud in their own snare!

The world You punished with righteous rod.
With contempt, You humiliated the kings.
But to the Faithful, You gift a gentle smile,
and with Eternity, Your Line shall continue.

Few believed in Your words,
but I thank You for them.
For from year to year,
Your servant was ignited through them.

And here they are – in Your Holy embrace –
offering their souls in faith,
for in just a moment, the Door closes,
and down below, there’s no one to comfort…”
